All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues

  • These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders, you may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


5. ORDER ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

8. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


9. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
